| Pei Partnership has been commissioned to design a concept plan for a challenging 8,600 square meter site located in Queretaro, 120 miles northwest of Mexico City. The project consists of three 16-story apartment towers with thirty-two 180 square meter duplex apartments per tower and a 10-story 150-room hotel on top of a 400-car garage. The complex will also have restaurant, retail and sports club facilities for both residents and guests. All of the buildings will be linked together by a series of courtyards, gardens, terraces and walkways on three levels.
