| The 43-story Class A office building will provide 80,000 square meters of office space in a prime location in Shanghai's New Lujiazui Financial District. Rising to a height of 200 meters the tower plan rotates 45 transforming a square footprint into an eight-sided glass prism whose facets will shimmer the entire day with reflected light. The resulting floor plans take maximum advantage of the site and offer direct unobstructed views to Old Shanghai and to its renowned Bund located on the waterfront across the Huangpu River.
