| For one of Asia's premiere hotel management companies, Pei Partnership has prepared a detailed survey of one of Shanghai's landmark properties and an assessment of its potential transformation into a five-star hotel. Comprising the famed north tower (Peace Hotel), south tower (Palace Hotel) and new annex, the total project area exceeds 65,000 square meters and will provide over 300 revamped suites, two ballrooms, pool and health spa, expanded food and beverage outlets, and renovated administrative offices.
