The complex will be buffered from surrounding uses and self-sufficient in parking with a 420-car low-rise garage and 140 spaces
of on-grade parking.
Carefully preserved Texas oak specimen trees, as well as newly planted flowering pears, cypresses and royal palms will also be signature features of this development. |
