A resort overlooking the Yellow Sea comprising 22 acres at the eastern end of the city with 800,000 square feet of housing. There are 36 luxury villas, all with views of the sea; 3 luxury apartment towers varying in height from 21 to 25 stories; all of which have access to a luxurious private health club and spa for residents of the resort. There is below grade parking for 500 automobiles.

The project, currently in the construction documents phase, will be completed by spring 2008.
