Flushing Town Center is a 1.3-million square foot mixed-use development in the heart of Queens, New York. Situated on a 5-acre superblock currently occupied by a municipal parking lot, the proposed design is a response to the City's brief requiring a signature development that would reflect the vibrancy and diversity of the surrounding community and serve as a catalyst for economic renewal. The project contains both luxury and affordable residential housing; "box" retail; commercial office; a 200-room hotel and over 1,800 parking spaces, altogether over 1.3 million square feet.
