Everson Museum of Art Expansion Syracuse, NY
The original building, designed by I.M. Pei & Partners in 1968, addressed its era of urban renewal by turning in on itself, while the addition embraces contemporary Syracuse with a more extroverted design. The building's current need for expansion is a measure of its success, as it will better equip the museum to meet its objectives for the new millennium.
